All panels are pre insulated and cut to size. This all go straight on the prefab floor and each panel is fixed to the next. Once these are up the internal stud work can be built to form the layout of the walls and rooms.not bad for 2 days work.

The cassettes are made up a webbed floors joist with a 22mm chipboard bonded on top. 5 cassettes in total are used which all lock together when laid onto the wall plates to create the new floor. All flooring and someplace a were fitted today and it is now ready for the 1st floor wall panel to go on tomorrow
